  • We keep things beautifully simple at Cool Bloom. Every order is carefully created using the freshest blooms from the market, so you can be sure your bouquet will look stunning and last longer.

    Simply choose your preferred style and size, each order comes with a complimentary message card, signature wrap, and ribbon.

    To make your order seamless, we’ll ask for a few details such as your name and contact information, the delivery date you’d like, any special delivery instructions and during checkout you can add recipient details including name, address, and contact number. This helps us ensure your flowers arrive exactly when and where they should, looking fresh and perfect.

    Every flower stem is unique and sometimes flower colours vary or we'll need to use a flower substitution to give you the best flowers. We have fresh stock from the markets daily, so we can only use what we have access to.

  • Mini – A sweet little hand-picked bunch of fresh daily blooms, simple, charming, and full of personality — perfect for brightening someone’s day.

    Small – Double the blooms, double the wow! A fuller bouquet in the same playful style, available as a hand-tied bunch or in our signature hat box.

    Just Right – A generous armful of blooms that’s beautifully balanced and full without feeling over the top. Choose as a bunch or our signature hat box for an effortlessly stunning look.

    Extra – Go big or go home! A lavish selection of blooms, overflowing with colour and life — perfect for making a statement or spoiling someone special.

    Extra with Orchid – All the blooms from Extra, plus a lush phalaenopsis orchid to add elegance, luxury, and that extra “wow” factor.

    The Glow Up – Our ultimate vase showstopper, packed with blooms and designed to turn heads — a true floral masterpiece for any occasion.

  • We deliver fresh blooms Monday- Saturday each week. On occasion some days will be unavailable & if it's blocked out then we will have closed delivery.

  • Yes! Delivery from as low as $14.95 for carefully hand delivery with no hidden fees.

  • If you wish to have your flowers delivered at a specific time, you are able to put in a request in your order form under 'delivery instructions'. While we'll do our best to meet requests, it is not always possible. Once all orders come in for the day our delivery route is structured so we can work out the most efficient delivery route for our drivers.

    Rest assured, your blooms will be delivered fresh and with care on the day you’ve chosen.


  • We deliver on Monday to Saturday,
    Deliveries are made between 11am and 6:00pm.

    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification to your email.

    • Schools – delivered between 11:00am–2:00pm

    • Businesses – delivered between 11:00am–4:00pm

    • Residential addresses – delivered between 12:00pm–6:00pm

    While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Where the incorrect delivery address has been given or we cannot access the property due to locked gates or apartment blocks there will be a re-delivery fee charged. If they are not at the address and you would like the driver to deliver to a different address, then please organise this with us by call or email. We do ask that you respect our staff, they cannot wait at any address as they are on a tight schedule. If the delivery is to an apartment block, we recommend making sure we have access & a mobile number.

    PLEASE PUT THE RECIPIENTS MOBILE NUMBER IN THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS SO WE CAN CONTACT THEM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.

  • We CANNOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower or product used in the arrangements. All-natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary to make your arrangement as gorgeous as possible. If you would like something specific it is best to give as much notice as possible so that there is enough time to source the florals.

  • We always try to leave your delivery somewhere safe if there is nobody home during delivery. Our couriers collect proof of delivery when the order has to be left.

    Please note : All flower orders work under an 'Authority to Leave’ system.

  • At Cool Bloom, we’re all about spreading joy through flowers.
    We stand by the quality and freshness of every arrangement we create — and we want you to be completely happy with your order.

    Our Promise

    If your flowers don’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    We’ll do our best to make it right through one of the following options:

    • A replacement arrangement of equal or greater value, or

    • A partial or full credit/refund, depending on the situation.

    Eligibility

    To qualify for our Happiness Guarantee:

    • You must contact us at hello@coolbloom.com.au (or via our contact form) within 24 hours of receiving your flowers.

    • Please include a photo of the flowers and a brief description of the issue (e.g., wilted stems, damaged packaging, wrong colour palette, etc.).

    • The flowers must have been kept in water and away from direct heat or sunlight since delivery.

    Exclusions

    Our guarantee doesn’t cover:

    • Minor variations in colour, flower type, or size (as seasonal substitutions are sometimes necessary).

    • Changes in the condition of flowers after 24 hours of delivery due to lack of care or environment.

    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
